- Explain the sale process and help you prepare for the sale
- Install a lockbox, set and confirm appointments, and maintain security procedures
- Place your home on the Multiple Listing Service to expose it to other real estate agents
- Send "Just Listed" communications to top agents in the area who are likely to show your home
- Send out "Just Listed" email to all Coldwell Banker Burnet agents and agents from other companies
- Network with other agents as well as potential Buyers in my database
- Market your property to the Buyers that are most likely to purchase your home using the most innovative marketing sources (advertising plans are determined on a case-by-case basis to most effectively expose your home, and may include):

- Negotiate purchase agreements, pre-qualify buyers, facilitate the transaction by coordinating and monitoring lenders, appraisers, inspectors, title companies and closers, as well as the other agent and buyer. I will also make sure all state law statutory requirements are met in the sale of your home.
