Cuningham Group worked with Turnstone Group to determine the priorities of the new potential buyers. Responding to those needs, the plan includes a corridor renovation scheme to add energy and landscape redesign at the main entry to enhance the building's appeal.
Careful design and selection of materials and colors directed at target buyers were critical in the success of the design.
Improvements within the units included new paint, flooring, cabinets, counters, appliances and light fixtures.
