Things we do for our buyers:
  • Research available homes and narrow searches to meet our Buyers' criteria
  • Provide information on neighborhoods, home prices, and available listed and non-listed properties
  • Assist our Buyers in finding the best financing and the best terms for their situation
  • Provide referrals to various services - inspectors, cleaning services, handymen, etc.
  • Draft appropriate contracts and negotiate the best possible price on the home of your choice
  • Facilitate all aspects of the transaction after the purchase agreement is signed - keeping in touch with lenders, title companies, appraisers, inspectors... all to insure a smooth closing!
  • Keep in touch after the sale to answer any ongoing real estate questions

*Buyers do not pay a real estate commission when the Seller of the property or Selling broker is paying a commission to the Buyer's agent. There are some exceptions to the "no-commission" rule such as non-cooperative For Sale By Owners, or if the Buyer does not follow common practice which would entitle the buyer's agent to receive a commission.
